SHIPPING POLICY

How long does it take to receive my product?

1. Shipping time:

- For all orders placed before April 22, the ETA will be May 20;

- For all orders placed after April 22, the ETA will be June 2-11. 

- The shipping frame maybe faces some delay issue(maybe 1 - 3 days later than usual) due to Coronavirus Pandemic.

2. Process date:

- For all orders placed before April 22: process date will be May 12.

- For all orders placed after April 22: process date will be May 26-30.

All orders are shipped with real time updating tracking numbers so you can track your package every step of the way!

      Note: some orders may face customs or postal delays beyond our control.

       

      Can I change the address of my order?

      After your order has been sent out, you may not change your shipping address.
